How It Started

In The Begining!

Euthus House was founded by a few men who saw the needs associated with prison reentry and completing long-term substance abuse treatment. They knew that if they could help reduce recidivism rates and relapses in their community, they could make an impact—and so they did. Euthus House was created because our founders saw that there was a need for more than just short-term assistance for those being released from prison or completing long-term substance abuse treatment; instead, we wanted to empower these men to create a productive future through faith and character development by providing affordable housing, transportation, job placement assistance, mentoring, and life skills training.
